Our Solution:
Users upload a spreadsheet directly from the Opportunity record. The Impowr Import File Component applies the approved Import Mapping, associates the imported Products with the open Opportunity and inserts the records into Salesforce.
Create a file template
Create a spreadsheet template with the required column headers, such as Product, Quantity and Sales Price. Users can reuse the template whenever they need to import Opportunity Products.
Create an Import mapping once
An admin creates the Import Mapping once and configures it with the Impowr Import File Component. The mapping defines how spreadsheet columns map to Salesforce fields and can use the open Opportunity record as context for the import.
Users import data again and again
Users drag and drop their completed spreadsheet into the component. Impowr imports the Products directly into the Opportunity through the process the admin has already configured.
