After the component completes an import, it shows a concise outcome panel so that you can see what happened at a glance, and also what you can do next.
Step 1: Read the Outcome Summary
Once the status indicator reaches Done, the component displays a Results section summarising:
- Successful inserts/updates – e.g. “4 Contacts inserted”
- Errors – total rows that failed to import

Step 2. Open the Action Menu
To reveal the post-import options, click the nested file actions ▼ dropdown arrow located the top‑right corner of the nested file area. To select the Start Again option, use the outer dropdown arrow found above this.

Menu options explained
| Option | What it does |
| Download Success | Downloads a CSV containing all successfully processed rows plus their new Salesforce record IDs. Ideal for cross‑checking or feeding subsequent imports. |
| Download Errors | Downloads a CSV of failed rows with error messages. Open the file, correct the data, and re‑import if needed. |
| Undo Import | Rolls back every record created or updated in this job. Use this if you imported the wrong file or noticed incorrect data. Note: this will not undo any follow-on processes that may have been triggered by the import. |
| Start Again | Clears the component state, letting you upload a fresh file without leaving the page. |
Step 3: Suggested Steps
- All good? Proceed with your workflow – your data is now imported into Salesforce.
- Need to fix errors? Download the error file, correct rows, and click Start Again to re‑upload.
- Accidental import? Click Undo Import immediately, then confirm when prompted.
