Admins need a higher level of access than standard users to manage mappings and configure Impowr. Follow the steps in this guide to add the Impowr Admin User permission set to your designated administrators.
Step 1: Locate Impowr Admin User
- Click the gear icon in Salesforce and select Setup.
- In the Quick Find box on the left, type Permission Sets and select the item.

- In the Permission Sets list, click on the Impowr Admin User permission set.

Step 2: Manage Assignments
- On the Impowr Admin User permission set detail page, click Manage Assignments.

- Click Add Assignments, and select the checkboxes next to your Admin Users, then click Assign.
Step 3: Assign the Permission Set Group
- To gain full access to the tool, each admin user will also require the Impowr Managed Import User PSG permission set group.
