When configuring Impowr in a Production environment, you will need to allocate a managed package license for each user who you want to provision the tool for. In a Sandbox, this step can be skipped as all users are allocated a license by default.
Step 1: Locate the Impowr Package
- Click the gear icon in the top-right corner and select Setup.
- In the Quick Find box on the left, enter Installed Packages and select the item.
- In the Installed Packages list, find Impowr and click on Manage Licenses next to it.
Step 2: Assign Licenses
- First click the Add Users button.
- Select the checkbox next to each User who requires access to Impowr
- Then click Add.
Step 3: Unassign Licenses
- If you need to revoke a license from a user, select the Remove action next to their name.
- Removing the license will immediately free up the license available for assigning to another user.
